OMG! Carpet Cleaning started as Citrus Carpet Cleaning in 2004 and is owned and operated by J.R. Mitchell, M.Ed. We are a residential and commercial carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning company servicing Gwinnett, Forsyth, Fulton, Hall, Jackson, and surrounding counties in Georgia.

After receiving my Master’s degree in Education from the University of Georgia, (GO Dawgs!!!) and teaching middle school for 7 years, I decided it was time for a change, so here I am.

I started my own company after resigning from teaching middle school in 2004 to pursue “something better.”

I really enjoy running my carpet cleaning company. Being able to make my own schedule gives me the opportunity to spend a lot of time with my family. I also enjoy meeting my clients and getting to know them and their families. I feel I’m providing an excellent service at a fair price and filling a much needed gap in the carpet cleaning profession!
